ROCK

ROCK

Following the depth and layered introspection of Morphine, Morre Band took a sharper turn with Rock—a record that strips everything back to raw energy and physical impact. Where its predecessor drifted through textures and orchestration, Rock plants its feet firmly in the essentials: overdriven guitars, pounding basslines, and hard-hitting drums that rarely let up.

The sound is immediate and confrontational. Riffs feel jagged and urgent, rhythms push forward with little restraint, and the overall tone leans into distortion and weight rather than atmosphere. There’s less space to breathe here, but that’s by design—the album thrives on tension and release, channelling a kind of controlled chaos.

Rock doesn’t abandon identity so much as reinterpret it, communicating just as powerfully through force as it can through subtlety. If Morphine invites you inward, Rock meets you head-on.
